This symposium is dedicated to advanced topics in intellectual property (IP), IP strategy, IP valuation, monetization and trade issues with a global perspective. The intended audience is corporate leadership and attorneys responsible for developing, acquiring, using, valuing and managing IP assets on a worldwide basis. It will be a day of high-level IP strategy for maximizing IP asset performance. 

The focus will be real-world issues emphasizing the development of IP to secure a return on investment, valuing IP and realize monetization through channels comprising: e.g. global trade and commerce, licensing and enforcement; all from the view of those accountable for results.
